When talking to customers, having the recordings & transcripts in Chorus allow us to more easily find moments that are important, share them across the team, and even turn those into other content or training materials from what we capture with Chorus. Playlists can be very useful to document your "gold standard" of handling certain types of customer calls.

  • Ability to detect filler words
  • Quality audio/video
  • Transcription capability
  • Better ai/analytics

Think the app is great to better analyze body behavior and reactions to certain things that are being stated. It was useful to see analytics and where to better improve on calls: I had some problem w transcription capabilities tho as the words were jumbled sometimes or it couldn’t pick up on speech appropriately

  • Call recording. Always works consistently!
  • Have never dealt with outages or any particular issues.
  • Voice to text has gotten 20X better over the years
  • Mobile App - is functional but listening to calls on the go is not the easiest and the UI needs some serious help.
  • Some of their analysis that comes automatically out of the product don't align with our business model so having ability to custom some of the sentiments would be great.
  • Don't always agree with some of their best practices that Chorus.ai and other player's in their space promote to the world. I think context has a lot of weight!
  • Their Voice to Text is done in buckets and sometimes it's nice to just have everything in one document so you can export and enhance it.
If you need call recording, integrations with your CRM as well as major video conferencing solutions. The product works consistently! Additionally, any time we've had any sort of issue, they've been fairly responsive to our needs, and wants, and almost always address it immediately. Would highly recommend Chorus.ai!

Chorus.ai has been very helpful for onboarding. We utilize playlists to curate good examples of various call types such as cold calls. We also leverage the scorecards to help new hires better understand what a good calls includes. We also use features like playlists to roll out things like new talk tracks, product features, etc.

  • When you are within a call recording, the insights are second to none. You can track talk time, longest monologue, to self-coach for any future meetings.
  • Love how you can see the slides or screens that were presented/demoed. It is very valuable for hearing talk tracks around specific slides for ramping reps.
  • Their Zoom app looks very interesting and can be a great time saver.
  • Would love to see deal risks presented clearly if they build a better integration with SFDC. Something that will capture all activity w/ every contact is an opportunity, and present deal risks like not being multithreaded, no activity in x days, no execs engaged, etc.
  • Managing users is a very manual process. Getting your initial employees setup is easy, but anytime there are promotions or team changes, you have to update them in Chorus.ai manually.
It is well suited for call reviews because it surfaces a lot of information if you weren't able to be on the call.

  • Recording Calls is highly valuable
  • The Mobile App is gone
Chorus.ai is very helpful in Sales organizations. I do a lot of presentations, so it helps me watch presentations that my peers have delivered, and learn from them. Further, I go back and watch my own presentations and learn from my mistakes. I can also review historical meetings with customers that I am going to meet with so that I can understand the historical context that my company has with them.

  • The recording.
  • User interface.
  • Helpdesk replies.
  • Auto subtitles for playback.
  • Faster loading times.
  • Phone App?
It may not be so appropriate in some countries or some companies where their company culture is a bit more private and they may not be as open to being recorded. However most of the time, after explaining to them, most understand the reasons for this and are eventually fine with being recorded.

  • Registering an external consultant as a team member in playback.
  • Major bugs in creating & sharing snippets
  • Often fails to load all components that should be present on the video playback page.
  • Appears to cause connection issues on my machine.
I used to love this product but recently it has become so buggy as to be exceedingly frustrating to use. I hope our sales team switches to a viable competitor soon so that I can more easily record and share product research calls.

Sales uses Chorus.ai to review calls, coach and skill development. It records zoom meetings and phone calls and is a very useful tool to improve sales.
  • Calls are able to be broken down for review by others
  • You can send snippets to your manager to ask for specific coaching
  • You can share your calls with teammates and managers
  • You can see/watch recordings done by others to learn also.
  • I would like to be able to share with non Chorus users.
  • mobile app would be nice
  • more accurate transcripts
Sales teams must have this tool! You can hear yourself and others to learn how to make yourself better! You can see who is speaking and when.

  • It has a pretty solid search engine, allowing you to search by keywords.
  • You have great features like speed change, skip speaker, transcripts, call ratio, etc.
  • It streamlines the entire process by automating recording of calls.
  • Their mobile application can be improved.
  • Sometimes it doesn't track the number of attendees of the call accurately.
It is well suited when you want to have a software for recording calls that can be reviewed later on. It comes very handy when you have to make notes and can search by keywords.
Also great for training and coaching of new team members.
Great for sharing these calls and collaborating.

  • On the computer app you can quickly get to the areas you need to hear.
  • It saves the important calls.
  • It's useful for training.
  • The phone app is awful. It crashes halfway through every call.
  • The app is constantly getting me and another rep confused.
The app should disregard the phone calls that last less than 2 minutes and focus on the phone calls that actually have substance. The phone app is really really bad. PLEASE overhaul it.

  • Analytics on talk time and coaching tips
  • Auto-joining calls
  • Transcription and searchability across many calls
  • Glad there's an iOS app now.
  • Analytics for product managers are the most common objections and points of conversation. I think there is something for this but it seems to require manual set up of key trigger words.
  • Grouping of responses by the type of question. For example, something like "Here are 20 Sales Rep answers to questions on volume-based discounts over the past month" perhaps highlighting similarities and differences/outliers.
As a product management executive, I use Chorus.ai transcripts and search to get efficient access to all customer touchpoints while also drilling down for more details when needed. Chorus.ai has also been great for helping onboard new customer-facing staff. We build highlights playlists as well as provide reviews as they start to take calls.

Chorus.ai is used by sales to record sales calls and review how the calls go, how our sales team can improve their sales strategy, and the things prospects bring up on the call.

Chorus.ai is used by product marketing to track competitors mentioned on calls, and we're currently investigating if there's a way we can use it to start analyzing data to contribute to win-loss analysis.
  • Update emails -- Chorus.ai recently started sending recommended calls for users to listen to, indicating topics that were discussed in the call. This puts Chorus.ai top-of-mind for me since I'm not an active daily user. But it made me aware that we could utilize a specific call for a particular competitor analysis.
  • Love the ability to tag certain points in the call for follow-up from other team members.
  • Transcription -- Chorus.ai transcribes each call, which makes it great for quick review and testimonial follow-up from a product marketing perspective.
  • It can be difficult to find a call you're looking for.
  • Transcription -- I listed as a pro, but also a con because it's not always accurate.
  • Depending on your budget, it could be cost-prohibitive.
Chorus.ai is well suited for teams that want to refine their sales message. While people may predominantly think that this is a sales team priority, our company's product marketing team is also benefitting from call tracking and call tagging to understand what sort of blockers the sales team is dealing with, and what competitors are being mentioned on the call, as well as the product issues or functionality gaps that prospects are identifying in the demo process. We're using this information to create better battlecards for sales enablement, and ideally share with the product team to improve roadmapping/prioritization of work.

Chorus is used across the entire organization. We originally purchased it for our sales organization to help ensure consistency in our sales process. We quickly realized that it can be used for so much more including client handoffs.

Chorus.ai is being used by our SDRs and AEs currently. We use it to review calls and notes on our own and call coaching. It's been invaluable for a variety of reasons, but the transparency between our SDR and AE team has improved significantly. We can identify what goes into a successful call, and others can take that method and apply it to their sales process.
  • Conversation Intelligence
  • A reference point for further conversations
  • Onboarding/training
  • Coaching
  • Transcriptions aren't always correct and can be challenging to decipher at times.
  • More functions on the mobile app
  • Processing time
Chorus.ai has been well suited for both our SDR and AE teams. It's allowed us to create a more cohesive sales process and focus on the consultation aspect our sales process requires. My only negative comment would be that it wasn't easy to get buy-in from all team members, as some were very set in their ways and did not want to adopt a new product. They eventually came on board, but it was a challenge. Now, everyone loves it and utilizes it. Our sales process has significantly improved since we started using Chorus.ai.

We use Chorus.ai across a few areas of the business. In sales, I use it for my team to understand call times, listen back to recordings, understand where there may have been a downfall in the conversation, or see if my rep is selling incorrectly. It is very important to me to understand the outcome of calls, tie back great calls to closed won deals, and also the calls that had a lull in conversation or unanswered questions lost deals.
  • Chorus.ai is great in providing call transcripts, I can very easily jump to parts of the call for recap.
  • Training is key, I can have my new reps listen back to successful calls to build their skills.
  • The greatest strength in using Chorus.ai is for me to always be up to date on what is happening. If I join a call with a sales rep, I know exactly what was talked about on a previous call.
  • Increase functions on the mobile app.
  • Chorus.ai does a good job understanding the different voices, but sometimes I feel it could be better.
  • Helping to create an overall flow from calls, instant AI coaching.
In sales, Chorus.ai is a must-have. Any level individual who has a team of reps under them needs to use it to track calls made and disposition of those calls. In a small sales organization, it is imperative to use Chorus.ai. When you have a very intricate and involved sales cycle, it will be very helpful. If your sales are a one-call close, it may not be as needed.

Chorus is being used to enable sales reps to record meetings in order to increase performance. Chorus is critical to helping reps sell more effectively by identifying filler words, automatically tagging next steps, and allows for great coaching sessions. It also acts as a personal note-taker that allows reps to spend more time closing deals.
  • Easy-to-use interface.
  • Integrates with our conference meeting software.
  • Mobile compatible.
  • Easily share recorded meetings with colleagues.
  • I've had problems with it not recording or connecting to every call.
Chorus is well suited for sales teams where virtual meetings happen frequently. If you ever want to listen to past meetings, identify areas of improvement, and provide a great way for leaders to coach reps, Chorus is a great option.
